A traveling exhibit from the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, Free at Last: A History of the Abolition of Slavery in America is a panel exhibit which traces the history of the movement to abolish slavery from the framing of the Constitution to its abolition during the Civil War. This exhibit will be accompanied by a select number of documents from the Remnant Trust collection.
